A renowned Employer of Record (EOR), GoGlobal, which is located in Tokyo, Japan, is in the process of growing its worldwide footprint by opening offices in 18 different countries in Africa.

Because of this strategic move, GoGlobal is now able to provide extensive local coverage in one-third of the African continent. This establishes the company as a prominent player in the field of aiding multinational corporations (MNCs) growing in Africa.

Africa is evolving as a continent of infinite opportunity for businesses that are trying to extend their worldwide presence in fields such as technology, agribusiness, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), financial services, construction, and engineering.

Africa is increasingly becoming a top priority for multinational corporations all over the world as a result of its expanding population, pool of talented professionals, promising economy, substantial infrastructure development, and policies that are investor friendly.

African countries where GoGlobal operates

Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Malawi, Mauritius, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe are some of the countries in which GoGlobal maintains offices staffed by local expertise.

The strategic location of Africa as a hub for international commerce has a myriad of advantages, in particular for businesses based in China, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. GoGlobal is delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions as part of its expansion. These solutions enable multinational corporations (MNCs) to establish extraordinary teams in Africa and secure the right personnel for their requirements. Multinational corporations can take advantage of Africa’s large talent pool to build a dynamic workforce, gain access to locally relevant ideas, and run their businesses more efficiently.

Remarks from GoGlobal executives

Nick Broughton , Partner at GoGlobal, remarked, “Africa has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a future prospect to a region teeming with immediate opportunities. With its youthful, talented and highly educated workforce, Africa is a dynamic hub of business potential.”

“Our deep knowledge of each country’s unique cultural customs, language and regulatory environment enables us to provide tailored and personalized solutions to MNCs, empowering them to expand quickly, cost-effectively and compliantly.” he added.

“Partnering with an EOR is a way for companies to accelerate their growth strategy in Africa,”  Ashwin Tirvassen , Africa Regional Director, GoGlobal said. “Strategic companies are choosing to partner with GoGlobal to navigate cross-border human resources, which can be complex.”

About GoGlobal

Gabriela Roselló and Paula Ferrari created Go Global in 2009. After several years of labouring separately for translation companies and together as consultants, they envisioned a way to bring together their passion for cultures, their friendship, and their entrepreneurial spirit in the form of a language service company that would be created by business people to assist other business people in growing a global voice.

The concept was straightforward but ingenious: provide multinational corporations with a service that focuses on finding solutions to their problems using the most skilled linguists and cutting-edge technology. The corporation had operations in both North and South America by the year 2010, with offices located in both the United States and Argentina. It joined the Global Communications Business Group (GCBG) the following year in 2016. In 2017, the business opened its first office in Europe, which was located in Spain.

After more than a decade in business and the completion of twenty thousand projects, Go Global is only getting stronger. The scope of the project expands along with the size of the team, but the overarching goal of providing language solutions that improve business operations is unaltered. Just as straightforward and effective as it sounds.

“What sets Go Global apart is our solution-focused mindset. This continuous willingness to improve our service, optimize our processes, and update our technology makes us flexible and allows us to always be ahead of our industry. It is not about looking for novelty for its own sake, but about knowing and confirming every day that innovation, when associated with a focus on solutions, is a proven path to quality.” says GABRIELA ROSELLÓ, CEO AND CO-FOUNDER of GoGlobal.
