Nigerian Flowmono is a tool for digitally signing documents and managing corporate processes that are hosted in the cloud.

According to Flowmono’s co-founder and chief financial officer, Akintayo Okekunle, the solution is straightforward and provides users with a “method and power of signing from anywhere at any time.”

Businesses can sign, save, and keep track of vital documents with the help of Flowmono, and they can also simply transition to an automated system that is less expensive and simpler to operate.

Tools that can manage work, productivity, and team collaborations remotely have become increasingly significant in light of the recent rapid shifts that have taken place in the working environment over the past few years and the subsequent rise in the prevalence of remote work in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On a daily basis, employees in a variety of businesses sign contracts, applications, invoices, and payroll documents, and staff members also write documentation while on the move. The solutions that are now available on the market to make these job needs simpler are numerous, disconnected, and expensive.

Furthermore, they make the work process more complicated, particularly for enterprises in Africa. Workers frequently use one app to prepare papers while utilizing another app to fill out and sign such documents.

A fill-and-sign function is not included on any of the data discs that are currently available. You are required to use tools that are tied to other products, which not only costs money but also puts your data at risk and disrupts your work processes.

Flowmono is the first-of-its-kind software as a service (SaaS) and company management platform. It optimizes internal workflow by giving everything you need to construct an effective workflow in a single location.

Because of its one-of-a-kind model and set of features, businesses no longer have to spend an excessive amount of money on infrastructure or pay in dollars for essential infrastructure.

This makes it accessible to businesses in Nigeria as well as enterprises located outside of the country. Because of this, they will be able to considerably reduce their expenses.

What Flowmono offers customers

Flowmono drive: Upload, save, sign, fill, comment, review, and share or email documents. Flowmono’s cloud management allows consumers access to massive storage and makes the platform more affordable, especially for businesses who want to automate and scale up but don’t have the cash. Flowmono drives e-signing and document management.

This saves time, reduces errors, and protects document owner IP. Flowmono lets you choose the agreement’s legal term when you upload and share a document for approval, signature, or collaboration.

Smooth workflow: Flowmono includes intuitive drag and drop, search, and editor tools with automatic save. Users can handle messages, contacts, and documents in folders.

Security: Flowmono secures business process management. Flowmono’s cloud-based solution lets users securely exchange, collaborate, and develop dynamic workflows. Besides e-signing, users can track document changes and communicate from anywhere. Documents can be encrypted and an OTP issued to the creator to grant access to anyone viewing the document to maintain privacy.

Locking documents with a pin prevents unauthorised access to company data.

Flowmono’s low/no-code API integration tools make utilising and integrating their cloud-based system easy. Businesses can use Flowmono’s APIs to sign from their own software instead of the platform. This lets users sign and send contracts from external apps and manage documents across web and mobile platforms.

Flowmono’s features streamline work processes and make teamwork and external collaboration easier. Users no longer waste time on repeated operations, managing work across platforms, and following internal work contracts and processes. Every document worked on, when, and by whom is safely kept in the cloud for business managers. Flowmono reduces paperwork and labour, saving businesses time and money.

Remarks from the CEO of Flowmono

When asked about Revent Technologies, the firm that Flowmono is under and for which Babatola Awe, better known as Baba T, serves as co-founder and CEO, he responded as follows:  “Our goal is to be one of the leading technology companies in the world by helping our clients solve one problem at a time. We believe that technology should make human life easier and that is why we look for very compelling stories to tell with our clients.”

What he means by compelling stories is that the team at Revent Technologies is only interested in taking on projects that have the potential to add value to clients and/or their industries. “Technology should make businesses more efficient, nimble, and agile and our mission is to build solutions that work and solve critical human problems in society. It could be fintech, business process management, business applications etc,” he said.

Revent Technologies started as a research and development (R&D) organisation, but as they found challenges, ideas, and breakthroughs, they created several solutions for various sectors, including Flowmono. Babatola Awe and Akintayo Okekunle started with only their credentials and a passion to solve real-world problems with technology. They streamlined workflow systems during COVID-19 to improve collaboration.

Tayo departed as head of business performance and reporting at FBN Holdings, and Babatola left Deloitte as a senior manager. Based on their broad job expertise, they started consulting and designing software for organisations on request. After solving one problem, clients requested other solutions, so they created Revent-powered products for them.
