The new Apple store on Konga’s e-commerce platform was born out of the company’s desire to guarantee transparency in the purchasing process for every customer. Konga understands the value of providing high customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Speaking about this development, Konga’s Chief Executive Officer, Nnamdi Ekeh, says that the company is devoted to promoting genuine and original goods and services throughout Nigeria. By supplying Apple devices straight from the manufacturer, Konga is able to further connect its more than one million customers with reliable global brands. The CEO emphasised that they value their customer’s peace of mind and trust in the calibre of the goods they purchase from Konga, which is why they are working together to support their mission of steadily growing the African market.

With the launch of the Apple store, customers can now take advantage of a plethora of incredible deals on every purchase they make on Konga. These deals include an unbeatable 2-year warranty on all Apple devices, free screen and liquid insurance coverage, and free N500 airtime with every purchase.

Konga customers have expressed great satisfaction with the quality of service and speed of delivery they received when they recently bought their Apple devices from the official store.

How Apple computer division is continually innovating

Importance of offering freebies

Freebies are a powerful marketing tool with many uses, and their strategic deployment is crucial for reaching many goals. Whether in the form of goods or services, they are a powerful lure that can bring in customers at the drop of a hat. This first appeal aims to introduce people to a brand in a positive light, up so making a lasting impression. Freebies are a crucial way to stand out in the competitive business world, where many options compete for customers’ attention.

Freebies let customers try out a product or service without spending a dime, so they can see for themselves how good it is and how useful it is. Building a long-term relationship between a brand and its audience requires trust and credibility, which are fostered through this experiential interaction. When people receive something for free, it can make them feel good about giving back, which can lead to increased brand loyalty and positive word of mouth.

As a retention strategy, it is highly effective. Repeat business is more likely to occur after consumers have felt the value of a brand. As happy consumers tell their friends and family about their great experiences, the word gets out, and the business grows organically.

Additionally, providing free trials or samples becomes a differentiating factor in markets where options abound. It facilitates the buying process by giving customers a chance to try out a product or service without taking any unnecessary risks.

Giving away free stuff is a great way to draw in new customers and keep the ones you already have. It is an innovative marketing tool that builds customer relationships and brand loyalty over time, going beyond short-term gains.
