About the program

The DigitalForAll programme was just made public in Abuja. Tech4Dev is working on the project with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office. The goal is to use competitive incentives to reward people for self-improvement and get them to learn and use digital skills.

Tech4Dev founder Joel Ogunsola said at the start of the programme that the competition would happen at the regional and state levels, with the big finale on the DigiNigeria International Conference and Exhibition Day put on by NITDA.

He claims that the idea is motivated by the idea that every Nigerian has a right to digital literacy and skills for the future workforce.
