Mindware, a leading IT solutions distributor in the Middle East and Africa, announced on Monday that it had opened a new office in Kenya, which will serve as its East African headquarters.

This strategic move is part of Mindware’s expansion strategy to strengthen its regional presence and provide world-class IT solutions to its growing network of partners and customers.

The new office in Nairobi’s Westlands Business District offers strategic proximity to vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Spiros Rafailovits has been appointed as the Territory Manager for East Africa, leading a dedicated team to drive business growth and deepen channel partnerships. 

Nicholas Argyrides, Regional Vice President for the Gulf and East Africa, will oversee operations. Mindware’s presence in Kenya aims to provide faster response times, enhanced local support, and stronger engagement with the East African partner ecosystem.

Kenya’s dynamic tech scene and strong economy make it the perfect hub for Mindware to grow and strengthen partnerships. We are committed to empowering businesses across Kenya and the region with cutting-edge technology,” said Spiros Rafailovits, Territory Manager for East Africa.

Kenya’s tech boom fuels Mindware’s expansion

Mindware’s expansion into Kenya is driven by its rapid economic growth and position as a leading technology hub in Africa. With a thriving digital economy and increasing demand for IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and AI, Mindware aims to provide localised support to its channel partners. 

Through partnerships with global vendors like Dell Technologies, Oracle, Microsoft, RSA, and Broadcom, Mindware will deliver advanced infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud computing solutions. Mindware will host an official inauguration event in the coming weeks to share its vision for the region and explore new growth opportunities.
