Samsung Electronics has partnered with SOFAC, a leading consumer credit provider, to introduce Samsung Finance+ in Morocco, offering flexible smartphone financing solutions starting May 2025.
The initiative aims to make Samsung Galaxy devices more accessible to Moroccan consumers while supporting Samsung’s expansion in North Africa’s growing tech market.
Flexible smartphone financing with SOFAC now available across Morocco
The newly launched Samsung Finance+, powered by SOFAC, provides a simple, secure, and fast way for consumers to finance Samsung smartphones.
Available at Samsung stores and authorised partners across the country, the service allows users to apply and complete their financing in-store in just 20 to 30 minutes with the help of an agent.
Once approved, customers can select their preferred Samsung smartphone and use it immediately with credit terms of up to 36 months. The Samsung Finance+ app also helps users easily track payments and manage their financing plans.
A strategic win for both consumers and Samsung
This launch is a win-win: it empowers more Moroccans to own the latest Samsung devices through flexible payment options while giving Samsung a wider customer base and deeper market penetration in Morocco.
Hyun Joong Kim, President of Samsung Electronics Maghreb Arab, described the launch as a major step in making cutting-edge Samsung products accessible to more people.
Hicham Karzazi, CEO of SOFAC, added that the partnership highlights their shared commitment to innovation and empowering Moroccan consumers through smart finance options.
