Maroc Telecom and Zoho, a global technology company, announced a strategic partnership on April 11, 2025, to offer advanced digital solutions to businesses in Morocco and beyond.

This collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation by offering Zoho’s comprehensive suite of business applications through Maroc Telecom’s platform.

Zoho tools to boost Moroccan businesses’ operations

Moroccan companies will gain access to key Zoho products such as Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho Creator. These tools help businesses manage financial operations securely, improve customer relationships, foster team collaboration, and develop customized applications with ease.

The partnership also introduces a simplified billing system, allowing companies to consolidate telecom and digital service expenses into a single monthly invoice, reducing vendor complexity. BSP, a local IT integrator, will support deployment, staff training, and solution integration to ensure smooth adoption.

The partnership extends beyond Morocco. Plans are to gradually roll out Zoho’s solutions to the Maroc Telecom Group’s 10 sub-Saharan subsidiaries. This expansion will provide regional businesses with localized support and digital tools tailored to Africa’s evolving markets.

Maroc Telecom’s strong presence on the continent, combined with Zoho’s technology, aims to empower businesses to optimize operations and improve customer engagement. As stated, the collaboration will “help to accelerate the digital inclusion of businesses” and “drive sustainable growth in Africa’s dynamic markets.”

This alliance marks a key step in supporting digital inclusion and transformation across Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa. It offers businesses powerful, scalable technology solutions integrated with telecom services.
