Egypt’s Minister of Civil Aviation, Dr Sameh El-Hefny, travelled to Toulouse, France, to tour Airbus’ headquarters in an effort to modernise Egypt’s aviation industry and strengthen Egypt-France relations. EgyptAir announced on Saturday.
EgyptAir Holding Company Chairman Captain Ahmed Adel was present during the engagement, which was centred on sustainable aviation technologies and fleet modernisation.
Dr El-Hefny stated, “Our partnership with Airbus is vital for Egypt’s civil aviation ambitions.”
To further its dedication to environmentally friendly operations, EGYPTAIR recently inked a contract for ten Airbus A350-900 aircraft, which are built for efficiency and sustainability.
“The Airbus A350 will transform EgyptAir, making us more innovative and competitive,” Captain Adel underlined.
This visit strengthens Egypt and Airbus’s continued partnership and advances their mutual objectives of aviation innovation and expansion.
