A live 5G zone shows Airtel’s network’s practical benefits with ultra-fast downloads, low latency, and smooth 4K video streaming.

The hub displays Airtel Enterprise Solutions, including Network as a Service and Airtel Money bulk disbursement.

“This hub represents our dedication to putting customers at the centre of everything we do,” said Ashish Malhotra, explaining that the space combines immersive technology with personalised services to raise the bar for telecom customer care in Kenya.

According to Goldermeir Opiyo, the Customer Experience Director, the facility indicates Airtel’s commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service across all platforms.

This launch is part of Airtel Kenya’s wider plan to upgrade its retail stores nationwide, ensuring customers enjoy modernised and engaging service points. Fully refurbished outlets in Nairobi and Mombasa now feature this experiential approach, blending technology demos with expert staff assistance.

As Airtel Kenya stated, “Our customers are at the center of everything we do,” showcasing the operator’s focus on technology, infrastructure, and human capital to drive enhanced user satisfaction.

Combining immersive 5G technology with customer-focused retail environments, Airtel Kenya hopes to increase digital engagement and simplify access to its growing services—the company pioneers telecom innovation in Kenya’s competitive market.
