The Egypt-based gaming company Cryptyd Inc. has gotten money from both its old and new investors, but the amount has not been made public.

Cryptyd plans to put the new investment toward covering the cost of marketing the company’s flagship product, Baloot Quest, across the GCC countries. The startup company will also spend some of the money it has raised on the pre-production stages of its next game, which will be made for international markets.

Baloot is a multiplayer synchronous game that is one of the most popular in Saudi Arabia and other GCC nations. It takes a high degree of expertise and is played by multiple players at the same time.

With the assistance of cash from the most recent investment round, the company’s flagship product, Baloot Quest, will be pushed throughout the nations that make up the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Although there are several Baloot games available, one that stands out is Baloot Quest. This is because it puts a lot of focus on unique artwork, makes the user experience more like a game, and uses cultural themes to attract players and encourage friendly competition.

The investment round will be used to boost Cryptyd’s next game

Investment money will also be used to pay for the company’s next game, which will focus on selling to customers in other countries and will be made with the help of investment money.

After being made by the AUC V-lab and then taking part in the Google indie game accelerator program in Singapore, Cryptyd has grown to become one of the most important game production companies in the MENA region, with products aimed at both local and international markets.

Internet cafes, cyber cafés, and gaming rooms used to be popular gathering places for video gamers in Africa. To get the most out of their gaming, younger gamers would play their favourite games on personal computers and gaming systems that were made in other countries.

Only a select group of people were afforded the luxury of sitting comfortably in their own homes while taking in these breathtaking works of space art.

Because of the proliferation of mobile phones and other forms of technology, the number of people playing video games in Africa has significantly expanded over the course of recent history.

The fact that international digital behemoths are investing in African nations is encouraging for the future of gaming, as it demonstrates that the industry has room to grow despite the fact that there are still obstacles, such as a lack of sponsorship and insufficient infrastructure. However, there is no denying that there are still obstacles.

Cryptyd Inc.’s CEO and founder, Ahmed Alaa, was quoted as saying, “We are proud to have the commitment and backing of our investors and feel that we are very well positioned as one of the few MENA-based game development studios that have made the transition from loving games to mastering the game development process.” Cryptyd Inc. is a video game development company based in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
