Both companies believe this acquisition will help businesses transition to data-driven operations and expedite access to career-focused, hands-on data and artificial intelligence (AI) education throughout Africa.
10Alytics-Nebiant merger to streamline courses for enhanced digital learning platform
The strategic partnership combines 10alytics Business’s infrastructure, technology ecosystem, and broader industry reach with Nebiant Analytics’s expanding learning community and specialised training programs.
As part of the agreement, the companies will combine overlapping courses into a single, enhanced digital learning platform that provides learners with clearer career pathways and recognised certification pathways.
The companies said in a statement issued on Monday that the action was strategic and motivated by a common goal of assisting more Africans in accessing top-notch tech education and assisting more companies in incorporating data and artificial intelligence into their everyday operations.
Speaking about the development, 10Alytics CEO Chukwuemeka Ikpa said that the current courses offered by Nebiant Analytics would be examined and merged with the curriculum of 10Alytics Business.
He said the combined course offerings would prioritise realistic and reasonably priced programs that will give students from any background or location employable skills and globally recognised certifications.
Mutual benefits
He continued that the acquisition will also give Nebiant Analytics access to 10Alytics Business’ globally recognised certification pathways, including the American Council Training Development-approved certification.
According to Muhammad Suleman, Nebiant Analytics’ Chief Operating Officer, the acquisition reflects a shared commitment to impact, inclusion, and innovation.
He said, “This development is about impact as together, we are empowering more Africans to access world-class data and AI education while helping organisations across the continent embrace data-driven transformation. This partnership strengthens our shared mission to make Africa a leader in the global digital economy.”
According to Adeiza Suleman, the founder of 10Alytics, the acquisition will bring essential employees from Nebiant Analytics into 10Alytics’ engineering and learning teams, ensuring continuity and accelerating feature delivery.
“Rather than remain competitors, we now have the opportunity to grow together. The acquisition brings complementary strengths, from Nebiant Analytics’ community and specialised courses to 10Alytics’ scale and corporate reach, positioning us to create more meaningful career outcomes for African tech talent,” Suleman stated.
He claims that the acquisition will assist 10Alytics Business in deepening its market presence and extending its reach in Nigeria and beyond.
