The raise marks an early milestone for the company as it targets inefficiencies that continue to define international payments, particularly for users operating across multiple currencies and regions.
Building infrastructure for borderless payments
Founded in February 2025 by Jackson Ukuevo (Co-Founder & CEO), Godwin Okoye (Co-Founder), and Babatunde Osinowo (Co-Founder), OneDosh was born out of the founders’ personal experiences navigating global finance.
Blocked cards, frozen accounts, slow international transfers, and currency restrictions highlighted what the team describes as a deeper structural problem rather than a lack of demand for cross-border transactions.
Launched publicly in December 2025, the platform is already live in the United States and Nigeria, two of the world’s most active remittance and stablecoin corridors.
Through OneDosh, users can transfer money from the U.S. to Nigeria, hold value in stablecoins, and spend globally using stablecoin-backed cards compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
These cards are accepted anywhere Visa is supported, allowing users to transact across borders without relying solely on traditional banking rails.
Beyond its consumer-facing features, OneDosh is focused on developing the underlying infrastructure that enables these services. The company is building stablecoin rails that connect wallets, cards, and countries into a unified, programmable payment system.
The founding team brings experience from organisations such as ZeroHash, Plaid, and Amazon, spanning compliance, payments, and large-scale product development.
The OneDosh app is available on both iOS and Android
The OneDosh mobile app is available on both iOS and Android, offering instant transfers, real-time foreign exchange, a global USD card, and 24/7 AI-powered customer support.
With regulatory clarity and bank-grade compliance built into its operations, the company is positioning itself to scale responsibly while expanding access to efficient cross-border financial services.
“Money should move without borders. It doesn’t, yet.” OneDosh says its mission is to change that reality by laying the rails for a more connected global payments system—one built for how people already move money today.
