The Africa SAP User Group (AFSUG), which caters to users of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) in data processing, is excited to launch its newest project, the AFSUG Career Connect Portal. This is only available to members of AFSUG.

This new platform is a central hub where AFSUG and SAP member companies can find the best candidates. It also gives students and young professionals a unique way to show off their skills and knowledge.

The CEO of AFSUG, Amanda Gibbs, said that this portal is a big deal for their members. It gives member companies an easy-to-use portal to help them hire people with SAP skills and gives students and young professionals the tools they need to get started in the SAP industry.

The AFSUG Career Connect Portal is an excellent way for students and young professionals who want to start their careers in SAP to stand out in a crowded job market. Uploading their CVs and profiles makes them known to top companies looking for new employees. SAP students, SAP YPP students, and SAP Educate to Employ graduates can join AFSUG for free.

AFSUG member company K5 Business has posted the first job on the portal. David Bann, Managing Director at K5 Business, said they were excited to be a part of the AFSUG Career Connect Portal pilot programme because it can be challenging for member companies like theirs to find good SAP talent. He said that this platform not only makes the hiring process more accessible but also gives students and young professionals a chance to show off their skills and get in touch with potential employers.

About AFSUG

The African SAP User Group is a separate, non-profit group that speaks for SAP’s African customers and partner communities.

Along with making connections and sharing information, AFSUG is ONE VOICE where SAP customers and partners can discuss best practices. Customers and SAP partners from different industries can share stories that are relevant to both of them. This increases collaboration and influence and speeds up the implementation of business ideas.

The AFSUG Career Connect Portal shows that the organisation is dedicated to helping people in the SAP community find meaningful connections and develop their skills. AFSUG continues to drive innovation and growth across the SAP landscape by bringing together people who work in the industry and those who want to work there.

Members of AFSUG should go to https://afsug.com/career-connect to get to the AFSUG Career Connect Portal and find many job opportunities.
