After FairWinds’ acquisition, Com Laude is set to acquire MarkMonitor

Com Laude, a London-based corporate domain services provider for PX3 Partners, announced on Wednesday that it is purchasing Markmonitor from Newfold Digital in a historic carve-out deal.

This development comes a few days after Com Laude acquired FairWinds Partners.

This game-changing deal will establish a top global provider of advanced tools, customer service, and customized services for corporate domain clients, with an estimated enterprise value of $450 million.

Industry’s “white glove”

For the past 25 years, Com Laude and Markmonitor have been acknowledged as the industry’s “white glove” corporate domain specialists. They offer creative, security-conscious domain and brand protection solutions to numerous of the biggest and most well-known brands and businesses worldwide.

Com Laude and Markmonitor will work together after closing the deal to build a business that is even more dedicated, focused, and able to meet the needs of corporate clients—in other words, a corporate registrar’s “dream team” and a service powerhouse that leads the industry.
