The Algerian Ministry of National Education has launched “فضاء الأولياء” (Awliya Space), an online platform designed to strengthen collaboration between schools and parents for the 2024-2025 academic year.

This initiative aims to enhance parental engagement in their children’s education by facilitating seamless communication and access to essential academic services.

A digital bridge between home and school

Awliya Space serves as a comprehensive digital gateway, enabling parents to monitor their children’s academic performance, track attendance, communicate directly with teachers, and register for extracurricular activities. More than just an academic results portal, it fosters a closer connection between home and school, ensuring parents stay actively involved in their child’s educational journey.

Simple registration for parents

To access the platform, parents must complete a straightforward registration process via the official website. To apply,  visit the Awliya Space website, create an account by providing personal details such as name, date of birth, and phone number, uploading required documents to verify identity and then select their child’s school and logging into the portal.

The registration process requires parents to submit a copy of their national identity card, while students must provide their identification number. Eligibility criteria specify that students must be Algerian residents and born no later than 2019 to be enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year.

Comprehensive academic monitoring

Beyond registration, the platform offers a streamlined process for parents to retrieve performance reports. By logging in, selecting the relevant section, and specifying the grade level, parents can instantly access their child’s academic records. This feature has gained particular relevance as parents eagerly seek first-semester exam results to track progress.

However, Awliya Space extends beyond academic assessments. It provides direct communication channels between parents and teachers, ensuring timely feedback on student performance. The platform also offers features such as tracking school schedules, receiving important updates, and accessing educational materials, further enriching the learning experience.

A step towards a more engaged educational system.

The launch of Awliya Space underscores Algeria’s commitment to modernizing its education system through digital transformation. By making information more accessible, the platform ensures that parents become active partners in their child’s learning journey.

With growing reliance on technology in education, Awliya Space is expected to evolve, incorporating new features to better serve families. As parental involvement remains a key factor in student success, this initiative marks a significant step toward a more connected and supportive educational environment.
