ChatGPT users frustrated due to ‘bad gateway’ error

On Thursday, users of ChatGPT, a popular AI tool, bemoaned the app’s inaccessibility due to a “bad gateway” error.

According to Downdetector, a website that monitors internet outages, the problem started at around 7:00 a.m. ET and affected a large number of customers worldwide.

The error points to a breakdown in server communication, where a server sent an erroneous response to another server.
