In a bid to improve client satisfaction and provide superior service in Lagos, Domino’s Pizza Nigeria, the market leader in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector, is launching a new Call Center in partnership with its long-term service provider and customer-centric telecommunications company, 9mobile.

This cutting-edge strategy by Domino’s Pizza Nigeria is a component of the company’s pledge to prioritize customer pleasure by raising the bar on the dining experience. The opening of the contact center gives the company a standardized, effective procedure for cutting lead times and client purchasing journeys while fulfilling orders and keeping the quality demanded by consumers. A customer contact center will be included in the call center to help consumers with any questions about their purchase.

“As an organization, Eat’N’Go is committed to always being at the forefront of customer satisfaction, and by adapting to innovative ways, we will keep improving on our service delivery that the call center avails us,” said Patrick McMichael, Group Chief Executive Officer of Eat’N’Go Africa, in his remarks at the launch ceremony.

In addition, Juergen Peschel, CEO of 9mobile, has voiced his enthusiasm for the new alliance. “Eat’N’Go Africa is one of our key enterprise customers, and we are truly delighted to be part of this innovative approach to excellent customer service delivery as it aligns with our brand attributes, which are encapsulated in three key ways: quality of service, innovation, and customer experience,” he said.

This cooperation showed how technology could simplify operations. As an innovative firm, we are happy to serve your organization since we will use premium telecom technology to help you expand. “So, we are glad to have you as partners,” he said. He claimed the agreement was permanent since both firms had always worked together to serve consumers.

All Domino’s outlets in Lagos State have a Call Center facility, which provides multi-lingual services. This technology also boosts the Nigerian economy by creating more jobs.

Eat’N’Go Limited is a prominent food franchise in Nigeria’s quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, offering excellent service and a dedication to continual innovation to give the finest experience.
