The hub is designed to support content creators and boost the region’s creator economy.

What Creators HQ Offers

The initiative includes a Content Creators Support Fund of AED 150 million (about $40.8 million).

This fund is led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE.

“Launching a Creators HQ in the UAE is a major step that supports the nation’s objective of maximising the positive impact of content,” said Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs.

Creators HQ will provide various services to help creators succeed. These include:

UAE Golden Visa applications: This allows creators to live and work in Dubai long-term.

Relocation support: Assistance for those moving to Dubai.

Company registration guidance: Help with setting up businesses.

The hub plans to host over 300 events and workshops each year, focusing on skills like branding and audience engagement.

Partnerships and community impact

A key partnership for this initiative is with Meta, which will launch the “Creators for Purpose” program.

This program encourages creators to produce meaningful content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The summit attracted over 15,000 content creators and industry leaders, showcasing Dubai’s goal of becoming a global digital media hub.

By launching Creators HQ, Dubai aims to create a vibrant community for diverse creative professionals, including podcasters, visual artists, and marketing experts.
