EFT Corporation names Adri Führi as Group Chief Financial Officer

Adri Führi has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of EFT Corporation, a prominent provider of payment solutions in African markets, with immediate effect.

Führi has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 11 years as a CFO for several companies.

She is a certified chartered accountant who comes to EFT Corporation from e4, where she was instrumental in building the company and scaling it during rapid expansion.

Führi has worked in the insurance, banking, financial services, and technology industries. She worked for Standard Bank South Africa (SBSA) for more than 12 years, during which time she acquired practical experience in African markets and honed her skills in intricate business domains.

She has held senior CFO positions in private equity-backed and multinational companies, adding to her varied background.

As Group CFO, Führi will prioritise strategic growth initiatives, operational efficiency, and financial optimisation. Her top priorities are thoroughly understanding EFT Corporations’ business operations, improving finance procedures, and ensuring that the financial strategy and the Group’s larger expansion objectives across markets—including Ethiopia and Kenya—are in line.

The core tenets of Führi’s leadership philosophy are cooperation and diversity of thought. She brings a coaching-oriented approach to team development and has experience coaching leaders. She is especially passionate about promoting STEM skills for women and girls in technology.
