EGBANK and Mastercard collaborate to enhance digital payment solutions in Egypt

EGBANK and Mastercard announced their partnership on Monday in Cairo, Egypt, to broaden digital payment solutions and reach new customer segments nationwide. The collaboration is designed to drive financial accessibility and expand the adoption of digital payments among individuals, businesses, and corporations.

The partnership will see Mastercard support EGBANK in developing its portfolio of debit, credit, and commercial cards, with a focus on tailored financial solutions and enhanced benefits.

According to Mohamed Assem, Mastercard’s Country Manager for Egypt, Iraq, and Lebanon, “We are thrilled to join forces with EGBANK to support the development of the bank’s card portfolio and expansion strategy. This collaboration underscores our joint commitment to driving the growth of the digital payment ecosystem, unlocking new opportunities for sustainable financial empowerment.”

EGBANK aims to diversify its product offerings and enhance the banking experience for its customers through this partnership.
