Egypt’s Ministry of Industry on July 16 called on all local industrial project owners and manufacturers to register on APIP.online, the Arab Platform for Industrial and Mining Products Offers and Requests.

This digital initiative aims to boost industrial integration across Arab countries and strengthen regional supply chains through enhanced connectivity between factories and companies.

APIP.online: Connecting Egyptian industries to the Arab market

APIP.online is an interactive digital database linking offers and requests of industrial and mining products throughout the Arab world.

So far, over 66,000 industrial entities from 21 Arab nations have registered, including more than 15,000 Egyptian establishments.

The platform allows manufacturers to showcase products, view tenders, and find partners, simplifying trade and cooperation between Arab industrial sectors.

The ministry stressed that this move aligns with Egypt’s digital transformation goals for sustainable growth.

By integrating Egypt’s Digital Industrial Platform with APIP and the Arab Platform for Future Minerals (APFM), the government aims to promote the exchange of resources and investment opportunities in mining, further supporting industrial diversification.

How APIP.online works and benefits businesses

Businesses and governmental procurement bodies register on APIP.online free of charge.

Suppliers can publish product offers and access new industrial tender requests without needing to search separately.

The platform offers user-friendly features, including compatibility with mobile devices, secure data handling, and options to upload factory data and illustrated product catalogues.

This open network enhances supply chain resilience by connecting production capacities with market demands, bridging gaps in import dependencies.

It also strengthens export-import flows among Arab countries, creating new regional openings for Egyptian manufacturers to expand.

The ministry’s encouragement for broad business participation underlines the importance of digital tools in driving industrial development and closer Arab economic cooperation.

Egypt’s push for APIP.online registration signals a clear commitment to leveraging technology for industrial expansion and intra-Arab trade facilitation, positioning Egyptian companies to capitalise on emerging regional opportunities.
