In celebration of its 130th anniversary, Ethio Telecom has been giving away various prizes through the “Ethio 130 Mega Promo” and “Ethio 131 Lucky Slot” reward programs, which kickstarted on September 22, 2024.

The second round of the draw awarded lucky winners from Addis Ababa and Adama with the keys to four three-wheeled vehicles and two contemporary BYD electric cars on Thursday, as promised by Ethio Telecom.

During the past 35 weeks, the company has given keys to two electric cars to lucky winners in Addis Ababa and Woliso and four three-wheeled vehicles to lucky customers in Arba Minch, Harar, Arsi Negele, and Hosaena in honour of its 130th anniversary.

Other prizes given out

Additionally, it has distributed over 1.8 million mobile packages, 201 contemporary smartphones, and 16.8 million Birr in daily and weekly telebirr electronic money to 595 customers, totalling prizes worth over 75.2 million Birr to date.

In addition, a lottery draw ceremony for five three-wheeled vehicles (Bajaj) and two more contemporary electric cars was held on Thursday.

The company has determined the winners and will present the five Bajaj vehicles and two cars to the fortunate winners at the next event.
