Under Bolton’s leadership, Softtribe has developed various fintech solutions and has partnered with other organisations to drive financial inclusion and digital transformation in Ghana.

During an interview with Innovation Spark, Bolton declared that he had a company primarily into government contracts before contacting Softtribe. Their first contract was to computerise the KIA International Airport, Ghana.
