The Africa Money & Decentralized Finances (DeFi) Summit-West Africa will bring together leading Fintech, investors, crypto platforms, start-ups, and digital finance stakeholders across Africa on September 27 & 28, 2022 in Accra, Ghana.

The 2022 Africa Summit will take place, spanning two days. The networking events will address topics such as payments, cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), neo banking, mobile money, investing, BNPL, digital lending, FX, digital identity, cybersecurity, insurtech, mobile money, Fintech, start-ups showcase, remittance, cloud computing, and the internet of things. It also connects businesses, investors, start-ups, regulators, the media, and other people who have a stake in the industry.

The West Africa Tech Summit will be held in Accra, Ghana, following a sold-out Nairobi edition. It will also feature Paystack, Visa, YouVerify, Workpay, BitkE, Flutterwave, Technext, and many more.

At the summit, there will be more than 400 people, 150 companies, and 75 speakers who will talk about different topics in keynote talks, panel discussions, and fireside chats. It also features numerous networking opportunities, masterclasses, and a sold-out exhibition showcasing successful businesses.

The 2022 Africa Tech Summit features pivotal speakers for the Pitch Live, such as Shopido Ayomide from Polygon Technology, Daniel Kimotho from the Cele Foundation, Elisha Akyaw from Cointelegraph, and Adedayo Abedajo from Jelurida Africa.

Some of the other things the speakers will talk about are investing, BNPL, mobile money, cryptocurrency, DeFi, neo banking, and digital payments.

Start-ups can apply to present at the Africa Money & DeFi Summit West Africa 2022. At the summit in Accra, Ghana, some of the most innovative companies will be given the chance to present live on stage.

For the Africa Money & DeFi Summit West Africa 2022, they are focusing on start-ups, early-stage companies, and growth-stage companies in the Fintech, DeFi, Web3, Embedded Finance, and related fields that need funding, the right partner to help them grow, or want to showcase their solutions to the leading investors, corporations, innovators, and advisors in Africa and beyond.

Submissions of applications are already ongoing and will close on the 1st of September, 2022. Qualified applicants will be contacted when they are chosen.
