GISEC 2025 Dubai: Africa Market Access champions African innovation and cyber resilience

Africa Market Access, a portfolio company of Techinnovate Group and a leading platform for connecting Africa to global innovation ecosystems, proudly led a high-level delegation of African companies and government representatives to the Gulf Information Security Expo & Conference (GISEC) 2025, held in Dubai between May 5 and 7.

As the official African media partner for GISEC 2025, Africa Market Access was pivotal in positioning Africa as a rising force in the global cybersecurity and digital transformation landscape.

The delegation featured senior leaders from African banks, fintech startups, regulatory bodies, and national cybersecurity agencies, all united under a common mission to foster strategic partnerships, exchange best practices, and attract investments that bolster Africa’s cyber resilience.

GISEC 2025, one of the world’s most influential cybersecurity conferences, gathered thought leaders, government entities, and global tech innovators to address emerging threats, explore AI-driven security solutions, and promote cross-border collaboration.

Africa’s presence, through Africa Market Access, emphasised the continent’s commitment to proactively engaging with international partners in shaping a secure digital future.

“Africa is not only preparing for the future — we are helping to shape it,” said Samuel Ubido, Chairman of Techinnovate Group. “Our goal at Africa Market Access is to be the bridge between global innovation and African opportunity. By taking a proactive role at global events like GISEC, we ensure African voices, solutions, and priorities are firmly on the map.

Through strategic media partnerships, Africa Market Access delivered key coverage before and after the event, including newspaper and TV features that amplified Africa’s involvement and opened doors for new commercial and policy collaborations.

This initiative is part of a broader mission to promote Africa on global stages, strengthen international partnerships, and drive investment into the continent’s growing cybersecurity and digital economy sectors.

Africa Market Access remains dedicated to supporting organisations looking to scale across the continent and will continue to act as a trusted gateway to Africa’s fast-growing innovation landscape.
