The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has informed students that 2023 WAEC results are available.

The West African Examinations Council is a group that chooses what tests the English-speaking countries of West Africa need for the good of everyone. It is also in charge of giving exams and certificates that are the same as those given by other testing groups around the world.

The 2023 WAEC exams started on May 8 and ended on June 23. The results were released to the public on Monday, August 7, 2023. You can check if your WAEC scores are right in three ways. The candidates will, however, need the result checker pin and serial number from the ID card they used during the test.

Here are detailed instructions for all three ways to check your WAEC scores: This simple guide tells you how to check your result on the WAEC website, by text message, and with your unique number:

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) postponed the results of 262,803 test takers for the 2023 West African Senior School Certificate Exam (WASSCE) due to evidence of cheating.

At a news conference announcing the results, WAEC’s HNO head Patrick Areghan remarked: At the press briefing, Areghan said 16.29% of test takers 22.83% of registered candidates had their results delayed in 2022.

Mr. Areghan stated that the board would continue to punish test cheaters. He said this awful event affected the school system. He also informed state governments that they won’t view their candidates’ results until they pay the council’s registration fees.
