Infinix Kenya plans to make this season’s Customer Service Week memorable for its loyal customers.

In partnership with Carlcare Service Centres, this party will last a week, from October 2nd to October 6th. During that time, Infinix users can take advantage of many great offers.

Infinix Kenya took to social media earlier today to discuss their Customer Service Week events. According to their official post, all Infinix customers can look forward to a variety of unique perks that are only offered at Carlcare stores during this time.

Among the things offered during Infinix Customer Week are:

FREE Software Upgrade: If you have an Infinix device, you can get the latest software updates for your device for free.

10% Off fixes: If something terrible happens to your phone, Infinix will give you a 10% discount on fixes, ensuring your phone is always in great shape.

FREE Phone Cleaning: Dust and dirt, begone! Infinix will clean your phone for free so that it stays looking as good as new.

Trade-In Services: Upgrade your Infinix smartphone or trade it in for a new model easily during this week.

That’s not all, though. Infinix Kenya has been on a roll lately, bringing out new and exciting things every week. A few weeks ago, the company opened its Flagship Store in Eastleigh, Nairobi. This showed it was serious about growing its position in Kenya’s busy smartphone market.

Along with their new shop, Infinix also released the Infinix Zero 30 5G, which is a flagship-killing device that stands out in Kenya and around the world. This mid-range smartphone is made for making vlog movies that look like a professional made them.

The Infinix Zero 30 5G has a wide range of features that are hard to beat. Its front camera can record 4K video at 60 frames per second and has a complete set of photography tools and filters. It also has a nice look.

With a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a DCI-P3 10-bit color display, a fantastic contrast ratio, and a peak brightness of 950 nits, the smartphone offers a great visual experience. Immersion is increased by a dual-speaker audio system that supports DTS. Plus, the TÜV Rheinland-certified eye-care mode keeps your eyes safe when you use the screen for a long time.

The Infinix Zero 30 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8020 processor, which lets you switch between apps and record high-quality videos. Because it has 21GB of increased memory (12GB RAM plus 9GB using memory fusion technology) and 256GB of storage ROM, users can record Ultra HD video for hours without worrying about running out of space.

During Customer Service Week, people in Kenya who buy Infinix phones can get great deals and freebies. With the Infinix Zero 30 5G and the Flagship Store, Infinix Kenya is solidifying its position as the leader in mobile technology.
