Liquid C2, a division of Pan-African technology company Liquid Intelligent Technologies (Liquid), collaborated with INOVO to provide its multichannel cloud contact centers to customers in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and South Africa.

INOVO’s cloud contact centre solution optimizes channels, auxiliary processes, data, and staff to boost productivity and customer service quality. The technology is completely adjustable and extendable, allowing enterprises to add features as required securely.

“Most technology runs in functional silos. This is why, according to Wynand Smit, CEO of INOVO, “so many firms provide disconnected, impersonal, and unsatisfying consumer experiences.” “Our cloud contact centre solution, in conjunction with our industry knowledge and experience, helps to close that gap.”

“We make it easy for businesses to connect all of their existing business applications, systems, customer contact channels, and data sources while also adding and deploying industry-leading DPA, contact centre, analytics, and workforce optimisation solutions to improve productivity and customer experience. “We are committed to providing a single, flexible cloud solution that provides all of the resources and insight required for African businesses to enhance their customer experience efficiently,” Smit says.

Winston Ritson, Chief Operating Officer of Liquid C2, says, “This collaboration enables businesses to have complete control over their customer journey.” “Whether you’re a bank, a hotel chain, or a retail chain, the most important aspect of any business is its customers, and this solution enables seamless and hyper-personalized engagement with customers across all channels.”

We’re all about connecting people throughout Africa, and we’re pleased to provide a better way for our customers to interact with theirs via INOVO’s secure cloud contact centre solution.”

“Liquid is an ideal partner for INOVO because it continues to invest in connecting the African continent.” By using their infrastructure, we can ensure timely delivery and technical expertise in-country. “As this partnership grows, Liquid C2 will be able to significantly assist us in selling our products in new markets,” says Wynand Smit, CEO of INOVO.

Liquid C2 and INOVO have partnered forces to make it easier and quicker for contact centres to improve their end-to-end customer experience.
