The bank has been providing financial products and solutions to various areas.

The bank provides a wide range of financial solutions, such as business and personal loans, mortgage finance, and regular banking services, in keeping with its dedication to economic progress.

By guaranteeing that individuals and businesses in Tatu City have access to dependable and creative financial support, this new office expands NCBA’s presence in significant urban areas.

This branch, which is ideally situated at a centre of infrastructure and economic development, stands for the bank’s commitment to helping investors, companies, and individuals create prosperous futures.

The branch, which has seen a surge in interbranch activity, has facilitated transactions for more than 100 companies, both established and in development.

Why the choice of Tatu City?

Tatu City’s provision of contemporary utilities, dependable electricity, and enhanced road networks has fuelled the region’s industrial boom. In turn, this has drawn SMEs, manufacturing enterprises, and logistics corporations, fostering economic growth and employment creation.

Tatu City has advanced Kenya’s industrialisation strategy by investing in manufacturing, real estate, and commerce in support of Vision 2030.

As NCBA Group Director, Risk & Controls Tim Armitage emphasised: “We are here to serve our customers’ dynamic needs—delivering world-class financial services in a region that is shaping the future of commerce.”

“This isn’t just the launch of a new branch—it’s the beginning of a long-term partnership with the people and businesses of Tatu City,” stated Dennis Njau, NCBA Ag. Group Director, Retail Banking.

NCBA’s commitment to partnership to drive economic growth

A dedication to collaboration and advancement lies at the core of this expansion.

The bank has partnered with enterprises to give their employees access to loan facilities tailored to their needs because the majority of them have active schemes.

Additionally, NCBA has teamed up with Tatu City real estate developers to provide financing options to the more than 25,000 residents, workers, and students that call the area home.

In keeping with its environmental sustainability pledge, the bank planted five ceremonial trees and contributed 100 plants to help the community’s green activities during the branch’s opening.

The NCBA Bank Tatu City Branch opened for business in November 2024 and is situated in the Grade A mixed-use retail and commercial office complex Eneo in Tatu Central. The opening follows the branch’s positive performance, which reaffirms its dedication to growing retail banking.
