Kwik Delivery is thrilled to share the news that it is broadening the scope of the digital services it provides with the launch of KwikStore, which took place earlier today. Kwik already has an excellent service for African business owners and social entrepreneurs, and this new service will improve it.

What is KwikStore?

KwikStore is an e-commerce platform that enables users to buy and sell goods and services using their mobile devices. Users can sign up for an account on the KwikStore website.
KwikStore is also a free e-commerce storefront solution that enables any African business owner, merchant, social vendor, entrepreneur, or SMEs to create their online stores literally in 5 minutes without any technical knowledge and to run their business directly from a smartphone.

KwikStore is available to anyone in Africa who owns a business, is a social vendor, or operates a small or medium-sized enterprise. Everyone in Africa who runs a company participates as a social vendor or works as an entrepreneur and has access to the KwikStore platform.

KwikStore is a component of the Kwik Delivery app that does not require a down payment or service charge in addition to the standard fees that are charged by payment gateways. Users are not required to pay anything to make use of this component.

What Kinds Of Things Are Possible With KwikStore?

Connecting their KwikStores to their social media profiles gives merchants the ability to devote more of their attention to the areas of sales and marketing.

As a result, all of the processes for buying, fulfilling, managing inventory, and delivering will be automated. This will not only save the vendors time, but it will also let them focus more on sales and marketing instead of administrative tasks.

KwikStore: How does it work?

The KwikStores that merchants use can be completely customized in accordance with their brands. After a merchant has looked over the order and decided to accept it, the money for that order is automatically completed through the payment partners, and a Kwik rider is automatically sent to the area where the order will be picked up. The customer can also choose to pick up their order on their own at a particular place.

It is required to have a Kwik account in order to use KwikStore, but users are not required to have a Kwik Delivery account to use the KwikStore platform.

This allows merchants to use the delivery solution of their choice or to sell anywhere in Africa, even in regions not yet serviced by the Kwik Delivery platform. Also, this lets merchants sell in places where the Kwik Delivery platform isn’t yet available.

What They Are Saying About KwikStore
