Pawel Swiatek, formerly of Capital One Senior Vice President, is going to be taking over as the Chief Operating Officer of Moniepoint, a Nigerian microfinance Bank.

In order to assist Moniepoint in achieving its objectives, he will be responsible for directing the company’s strategy as well as its implementation, which will include the development of policies, tools, metrics, and culture.

Swiatek spent the previous four years of his career at Capital One, an American bank holding corporation, in the role of managing Vice President before beginning employment at Moniepoint.

According to Tosin Eniolorunda, CEO and founder of Moniepoint, Swiatek will work closely with both of them, as well as the rest of the senior management team, to guarantee that the company is able to more efficiently service its approximately 600,000 enterprises through an approach that is lead by data science.

Pawel Swiatek is originally from Poland; however, he has resided in the United States of America for a significant portion of his life.
