According to Governor Sanwo-Olu, the launch marked a critical turning point in Lagos's ambitions to become Africa's preeminent smart metropolis.

He said that the app functions as a complete digital solution that provides easy access to necessary city services like utility payments, emergency services, real-time traffic reports, customised navigation, company listings, and tourism information.

“Technology has evolved from being a luxury to a necessity. In our fast-paced world, effectively utilizing technology can significantly enhance governance, improve service delivery, and simplify the lives of every resident in this vibrant state,” he said.

The governor praised MTN, the Lagos State Government, and other important stakeholders for working together to achieve the goal.

He pointed out that the collaboration exemplifies how the public and private sectors can collaborate to achieve significant goals that would benefit the society.
