Ubuy, a prominent e-commerce company, on Thursday unveiled an innovative tool that enables users to place orders directly over WhatsApp.

Users may now use one of the world’s most popular messaging apps to express their product wants, simplifying purchasing. By leveraging WhatsApp, Ubuy is making cross-border shopping more accessible and convenient for its users.

“Ubuy has always been at the forefront of cross-border shopping, enabling customers in more than 180 countries to access products from global markets. Our goal is to remove barriers to international shopping and create a personalised, user-friendly experience,” said Al Abdulhadi.

This statement reflects Ubuy’s dedication to innovation and customer convenience, ensuring that shopping is efficient and tailored to individual preferences.

The process of ordering through WhatsApp is straightforward. Customers can share a product’s URL, image, or name with Ubuy’s dedicated “WhatsApp Order Team” at +19855311119.

Once a request is received, the team will confirm product availability and provide a detailed breakdown of costs, including the product price and any applicable shipping or customs charges.

If the product is available, customers must provide their name, contact details, and shipping address before being redirected to a secure payment link.

This feature mainly benefits those who may find traditional online shopping cumbersome. Communicating directly through WhatsApp allows for a more interactive and engaging shopping experience.

Customers can ask questions about products or clarify any details before purchasing.

How it works

The mechanics behind ordering via WhatsApp are designed for simplicity. Here’s how it works:

Initiate contact: Customers start by messaging Ubuy on WhatsApp with the product they wish to purchase.

Confirmation: The Ubuy team will respond with confirmation of availability and provide pricing details.

Provide information: If the product is available, customers share their personal information necessary for shipping.

Payment: Customers receive a payment link to complete their order securely.

This method streamlines the purchasing process and enhances customer service by allowing real-time communication between buyers and Ubuy’s support team.

In addition to improving customer interaction, this feature positions Ubuy as a forward-thinking player in the e-commerce landscape.

As Al Abdulhadi noted, “With the introduction of ‘Order via WhatsApp,’ we’re offering customers a fast, simple way to shop for speciality products worldwide without the hassle of traditional online shopping.”

This sentiment resonates with many consumers who seek efficiency and ease in their shopping experiences.

Ubuy’s new WhatsApp ordering feature represents a significant step towards integrating social media with e-commerce. As more consumers turn to messaging apps for communication, platforms like Ubuy adapt to meet these changing preferences. By combining convenience with personal interaction, Ubuy is setting a new standard for online shopping in today’s digital age.
