Talents Arena generates $750,000 pre-seed round for expansion

Talents Arena, an Egyptian AI recruitment startup, has announced that UI Investments, along with a number of famous Saudi and regional angel investors, has provided it with pre-seed capital in the amount of $750,000. 

This new round of funding comes at a time when the company is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in the artificial intelligence recruitment field. This type of business is vital for reducing the unemployment rate in the Middle East and Africa. 

In addition to having been a graduate of the illustrious Plug and Play startup accelerator programme, Talents Arena is a company that is held in the investment portfolio of Flat6Labs. The fact that the company was able to successfully get this pre-seed funding demonstrates that investors have a strong belief in the large market opportunity that exists in the Middle East.

By utilising its one-of-a-kind talent mining engine and several automated capabilities, Talents Arena has been able to successfully make more than 180,000 job matches and place thousands of people in appropriate tech employment. The newly acquired money are going to be put towards Talents Arena’s intentions to expand into Saudi Arabia and the other GCC countries.

About the founder of Talents Arena

Aya Elgebeely, an Egyptian entrepreneur and technologist with years of experience in product creation, is the lady behind the establishment of the Talents Arena in 2019. She has a demonstrated history of successfully managing technical teams and contributing to the completion of a wide variety of successful projects. In addition to the four technological patents that she has published, she has been recognised as an IBM Inventor, is a certified Cloud Engineer, and is the author of a variety of articles and publications on software project management.
