Terms of the agreement

Additionally, gearbox servicing will be extended for a further three years, until 2032.

A new agreement to supply Orange’s mobile sites with fibre-to-the-site (FTTS) services for a duration of three years is also included.

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) was also agreed by the two businesses with the intention of enhancing Orange’s standing as a top supplier of telecommunications and high-speed mobile internet services.

The partnership will also aid Orange Egypt in launching its 5G services, contributing to the country’s ongoing digital transformation.

Moreover, the agreements incorporate modifications to the current fixed internet services agreement that concentrate on enhancing the cost-effectiveness of services in the telecom industry. This would make it possible for Orange Egypt to provide clients with better pricing and deals through more effective business models, enabling the supply of premium packages to end users at more affordable prices.

Because of their long-standing alliance, the two businesses have established a solid basis for outstanding commercial relationships in the Egyptian market, which has fuelled its expansion and produced the best results for all stakeholders.
