The year 2025 has seen many technological advancements worldwide, but most especially in Africa.

 Here are the top 10 Technologically Advanced Countries in Africa in 2025, based on factors such as digital infrastructure, innovation, tech startups, government investment, and research capabilities.

Rwanda

Rwanda has become a case study in digital governance and innovation-driven leadership. The government has invested heavily in ICT infrastructure, innovative city projects like Kigali Innovation City, and groundbreaking drone delivery services in healthcare through Zipline. Rwanda also ranks high in Africa’s e-government development indices.

Tunisia continues to rise as North Africa’s tech underdog.
