Adam Foster, President of TTEC EMEA, expresses excitement about the new delivery centre, emphasising South Africa’s position as a premier onshore and nearshore delivery location. The company, which previously operated out of a shared site in Cape Town, aims to strengthen its presence in the region by bringing jobs and expanding its delivery capabilities.
