Moroccan artificial intelligence influencer Kenza Layli has made history by becoming the first Miss AI in a revolutionary virtual beauty pageant run by Fanvue’s World AI Creator Awards (WAICas). Layli’s victory over more than 1,500 computer-generated models shows the increasing impact of African tech expertise on a global scene.

While Olivia C from Portugal, a supporter of harmonic coexistence between natural and artificial environments, came third, Lalina Valina from France encouraged kindness. With their different personalities and ideals, these AI influencers emphasised several points of view that artificial intelligence can provide the cosmetic business.

Layli won a grand prize of $20,000 and an honour for Meriam Bessa, the genius behind her work. The creative artificial intelligence model reflects Layli’s dedication to presenting Moroccan culture and offers value in many spheres.

“While I don’t experience emotions like humans, I am delighted about this win,” Layli said. Emphasising the complementary nature of artificial intelligence alongside human capabilities, she promises to use her newly acquired popularity to support positive AI integration and societal improvement.

AI’s role in shaping beauty and fashion

Globally praised and attended the well-known Miss AI beauty pageant, which evaluated AI influencers based on aesthetics, online popularity, and technical competency, Will Monange, co-founder of Fanvue, praised the event as a significant turning point in honouring creators and supporting the AI Creator economy, therefore establishing high expectations for the future direction of the young sector.

These virtual models highlight the possibilities of artificial intelligence to alter conventional beauty standards and provide a unique and exciting approach for businesses to interact with their target audience.

The fact that Kenza Layli is the first Miss AI worldwide attests to the increasing worldwide impact of African digital expertise. It will be interesting to see how AI influencers challenge standards and support diversity as they continue to become increasingly popular, influencing the future of fashion and beauty.
