Still, several students voiced frustration, citing issues when trying to check their results.

An X user with the name @Ephrata_2 said, ” I checked mine now they’re saying my card has been used by another candidate. And this my first time of using it. Why is that? I bought scratch card same thing. Please I want you to reply me and tell me what wrong with it, so I can make the next steps.”

Another user @endowedToBad, wrote “My student has not been able to check Nov/Dec 2024 result till now.”

Kinggrey TAKER Kaisar wrote, “Prompt: Card has been used by another user. When I obviously have not used it.”

@Bigname said, “Please I’m trying to re download my photo card so as to check my result pin but it’s saying that registration is not allowed this period while another X user named Trillions shared a screenshot of the negative response he got trying to check his result online.

The council did not immediately address the technical concerns raised by multiple candidates, who lamented their inability to access their results.
