Zamtel on Wednesday announced its five-year corporate strategy for 2025–2029, which gives it an opportunity to lay the groundwork for an ambitious restructuring.

It stated, “Our 2025-2029 Corporate Strategy gives a blueprint of our roadmap to market leadership and profitability.”

The six primary pillars of this strategy will determine Zamtel’s course of action over the next six months, guaranteeing that it stays innovative, competitive, and customer-focused.
