A Kenyan health-tech startup Zuri Health has raised undisclosed rounding funding from Five35 Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in female-focused startups in Africa.

This comes six months after the firm secured funding from Moroccan VC firm UM6P Ventures, the amount of which remains undercover.

As the healthcare system develops, digital health solutions like Zuri Health’s platform are crucial in delivering accessible and cost-effective care.

Five35 Ventures is Africa’s premier gender-lens VC company, funding game-changing digital startups. In a statement,  the company said the decision to invest in Zuri Health indicates that they enthusiastically support the company’s goals and prospects.
