NigComSat, Nigeria’s state-owned satellite operator, has teamed up with Vault Hill, a business that works with blockchain, immersive technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve customer service. Vault Hill made the newly released “Ayesha” chatbot by customising its AI-powered buddy Hillda to fit NigComSat’s brand type.

The company was started in 2021 by Nigerian tech billionaire Jimi Daodu, who says Ayesha was made with AI technology and immersive features.

NigComSat’s MD and CEO, Jane Nkechi Egerton-Idehen, says, “By working with Vault Hill, we are improving our services and reaffirming our dedication to new ideas, happy customers, and a key role in Nigeria’s digital economy.”
