The investment was backed by a syndicate of real estate and fintech investors, underscoring increasing confidence in AI-driven solutions for the Gulf’s rental property market.
The latest round brings Rentify’s total funding to USD 2.5 million, following a USD 500,000 pre-seed raise in 2025. The new capital will support the rollout of Earn AI, an agentic AI platform built to automate rental revenue management for landlords and property managers.
Earn AI Automates Rental Revenue Management for Landlords
Unlike traditional property management software that relies on manual decision-making, Earn AI is designed to manage rental operations across the entire tenancy lifecycle. The platform automates rent reminders, payment collections, tenant onboarding, contract renewal monitoring, and revenue optimization recommendations.
Rajneel Kumar, co-founder and chief operating officer of Rentify, said, “Most landlords can’t answer the most basic question about their own portfolio: which unit is under-earning, and by how much. The answer, on average, is eight to fourteen per cent of annual rental income lost to pricing lag, unmanaged churn and payment leakage. That’s not a data problem. It’s an infrastructure problem.”
Rashed Hareb Al Mheiri, co-founder and chief executive officer of Rentify, said the company aims to create a unified operating system for rental real estate by combining rent collection, embedded finance, tenant rewards and AI-driven revenue optimisation into a single platform.
Five enterprise customers, including Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental, are already using the platform, collectively managing thousands of residential and commercial units across the UAE.
Founded in 2024 by Rashed Mheiri and Rajneel Kumar, Rentify offers a broader ecosystem that includes rent collection services, embedded financing products for landlords and tenants, and a tenant rewards programme known as BELONG. Earn AI was built in Arabic from inception and tailored to the operational realities of UAE and Gulf rental markets, including cheque-based payments, local contract structures, and landlord-tenant workflows.
Funding to Support AI Expansion and Global Growth
The newly secured funding will be used to strengthen Earn AI’s predictive modelling capabilities, expand its autonomous agent infrastructure, scale its property manager access programme, and support expansion into international markets.
The platform’s proprietary AI model is trained on live rental unit data, tenant payment behaviour, renewal trends, pricing inefficiencies, and occupancy risk signals generated within Rentify’s ecosystem.
