The initiative, backed by The Platform Nigeria and The Covenant Nation, is aimed at high-performing Nigerians aged 20 to 35. Organisers say the programme will bring together ambitious young professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs for an intensive residential bootcamp scheduled for June 25 to 28, 2026.

The bootcamp will run across three tracks: Corporate Career, Creative Industry, and Entrepreneurship. Participants in the corporate stream will receive training in workplace leadership and career advancement, while creatives will explore strategies to turn their talents into sustainable income streams.

Aspiring entrepreneurs will also gain exposure to business development sessions focused on launching and scaling ventures in Nigeria’s competitive economy. Organisers say the programme aims to help young professionals build practical skills while expanding their professional networks.

₦150 Million Grant Pool for Entrepreneurs

One of the programme’s biggest attractions is the ₦150 million seed grant pool reserved for fellows with existing businesses and viable ventures. Selected entrepreneurs will pitch their ideas during the bootcamp for a chance to secure funding and post-programme support.

The organisers noted that the funding support is intended to help promising young founders expand their operations and increase their impact. Previous editions of the bootcamp have focused on mentorship, collaboration, and enterprise development for emerging Nigerian talents.

Beyond funding opportunities, participants will receive accommodation, meals, and learning materials throughout the residential programme. Industry experts, corporate executives, and business leaders are also expected to facilitate sessions during the four-day gathering.

Eligibility and Application Timeline

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens, final-year students, or graduates of tertiary institutions. They must also demonstrate a strong interest in leadership, innovation, and problem-solving.

Applications opened on May 1, 2026, and will close on May 24, 2026. Successful candidates are expected to receive admission decisions between June 5 and June 12 ahead of the June bootcamp.

The programme adds to a growing list of youth-focused leadership and enterprise initiatives currently emerging across Africa as organisations increase investment in skills development and entrepreneurship among young professionals.
