Collateral-Free MSME Funding for Lagos Entrepreneurs
The LSETF MSME Loans Programme offers funding ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦5,000,000 at a 9% annual interest rate.
The scheme targets SMEs that need capital for expansion, equipment purchase, service growth, and job creation. Loans are fully collateral-free, with a fully digital application process that removes traditional banking barriers.
Different loan categories are available, covering nano enterprises, micro businesses, and growing SMEs at various stages of development.
Eligibility Requirements and Application Process
Applicants must be entrepreneurs, sole traders, or SME owners operating within Lagos State, with at least one year of business activity. A start-up category is also available for newer businesses.
Required documents include LASSRA ID, LIRS Tax ID, BVN, and valid government identification. SME applicants must also present CAC registration and six months of corporate bank statements, while micro loan applicants need six months of personal bank statements and two passport photographs.
Start-up applicants are required to provide a vocational training certificate from a Lagos State-recognised institution. All submissions are completed online via the LSETF portal.

Beyond funding, approved applicants gain access to LSETF business support initiatives such as Lagos Innovates and Job Hubs. These programmes also support business formalisation and improve financial credibility.
