One Year of Workplace Learning
The Graduate Trainee Development Programme runs for 12 months and combines practical work experience with coaching, mentoring, technical training and soft skills development. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals while gaining exposure to projects that support entrepreneurship, technology and innovation.
The Innovation Hub’s programme information states that the internship aims to improve graduates’ employability by enabling them to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting. The programme also supports personal and career development through continuous learning and workplace guidance.
Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 who have not previously participated in an internship programme. Candidates must hold a three- or four-year diploma or degree at NQF Level 6 or above.
The organisation is seeking graduates from a broad range of academic disciplines, including engineering, information technology, business management, finance, marketing, communications, environmental management, project management and related fields.
